IMO the Slash isnt that much fun as it just drops over all the time I know you have to drive it a bit different then all the monster trucks but it just isnt as fun as the E-revo, for the design and...

a heat sink will not work well on the mmm motors as there isnt enough contact with the can and heatsink and the grooves will trap heat

my savvy when up in flames few months back the lipo connector shorted and took out the ESC aswell

the reason I say it is I can notice a big difference in speed from my 2x 2s 5000 20c to 5000 30c

you could save alot more weight by getting rid of the brake and servo etc, have you tried the carbon brake disc most porb only save you 5 grams but then again.

the MMM + motor are around 570g or something like that with the rx and servos you can balance out some lipo packs very well

you have to bridge the other connector, i have a little looped dean's plug (iv changed mines to deans from the traxxas plugs)

I usually go out for a bash with about 3-4 sets off lipos and have never had the truck cutout but usually on batt checks with a multimeter they are always above 3.8v per cell that like after 30-40min...

I see everywhere and on the back of some of my lipos not to drop voltage below 3.2v per cell but all the lipo cutoff on the MMM setup seem to be at 3v im assuming the auto-lipo works in the same...

wiring is gonna be a bit of a pain on the lipos I cut on of the fins off the rear air vent on each side and pass the lipo cable that way but still a pain to close the door, getting easier tho lol
