I inquired with Traxxas. They said;

"You cannot run LiPo batteries in series since the highest voltage allowed by the low voltage detection is 12.6 volts. "

You would be taking a risk...

2 X 2S 6.6v (13.2v total) Lipos 1050s in series
2 X 3S 11.1v (11.v total) Lipos 1800s in parallel
