I just put an o.s. 18tz in mine. It's been great so far.
I just picked up a o.s. 18tz on eBay for $151.
You want this.

You need a different crank or u can swap it with your old one.
I got this brace from eBay. I haven't broken one since

Check your clutch.
O.S. lc3 & lc4 are also good plugs.
How do like Picco so far?
I have the hard coated one on mine. It works great.

You need the New Era motor mount. They are getting hard to find.
20% is probably your best bet.
Check the clutch.
I've made that mistake before. Just install it the right way and you will be fine.
The factory needle settings are rich. The lsn should be flush with the inner ring. I would set it back there then work are the hsn. I would also start with a fresh glow plug.
That will work.
I ride a 2007 GSXR 750. It's a great bike. A 600 isn't a beginners bike you might want to look at getting a used 250 to learn on. Ride it for a season than upgrade next year. Better safe then sorry.
It's easier to install with the easy start off but can be done with it still on. I use needle nose pliers to install the spring.
^ How did you extend the chassis?
It sounds like a worn out engine.
Are you getting fuel to the Carb?
Cold air will make it run lean. If It's cold out you want 2 richen your settings.
I've only heard good things about the HR steel gears. They're a couple of guys on here that use them.
What color is you piston?
The pitch of the gears is different. The Revo is mod 1.0 & the Jato's is .8.
Try a new glow plug.
