    the temp gun will tell you how hot the motor is. 200 F is the MAX for brushless!!!! Most stop around 170-180 degrees F. If the motor gets to 200 or higher the motor can break down and be worthless.

    I just don't think tire size will effect it too much. Yes it will a little, but you have to play around and see what gearing works best. If you like the bigger tires, go for it and them compensate...
