Those are two different parts. The first one you have is the whole set of the blocks for the rear pin mounts. There are four of them because you can use each one to set the pin mount higher or lower....

The center diff makes a noticeable difference imo. I think it really helps the truck turn in the dirt. The rear brake kit is nice too because you can set your brake bias.

Ohh man the slayer pro's are sweet. I would definitely recommend one. I recently put in the center diff changed the spur gear and went to the close ratio trans gears. This truck is great in the dirt...
