I have a standard 2.5 in a new (half a gallon) Sport Maxx and I am thinking of upgrading to the 2.5R cooling head.
Is this an easy job and should any seals/O-rings need replacement?...

OK, I think I have it running now, I can keep topping the tank up from about 1/3rd full and keep it running. (I found some metal particles and rubber 'worms' when I removed the HSN).
