Well it worked out better than I planned, traded in some old RC stuff and only spent $206 for the all the parts listed above.
$266 for a REVO; now that's sweet...

The REVO was in good condition...

So I picked up a rolling chassis Revo today for $60, after tearing it down and inspection here is what I need:
