p.s. sorry for the trouble!!
whew!! i think I found success!! see; 'This should work now' in the forum, sorry for the trouble!!
Thank you rustlerbum!! did not know that would be an issue!! :D
I really hope these similar ideas were not posted anywhere else on this forum!! But anyway. Just thought that I would pass on these ideas that were bugging me for awhile. Well to start, I didnt want...
I am going to see if this works first!!
Sorry about that! :( I guess imageshack should be the first choice to use, not domain dlx. what good is it like that anyhow??
That seems to take away the fun of a new truck! Besides, for that price you could buy a lot of extra parts!!!
I really hope these similar ideas were not posted anywhere else on this forum!!:o But anyway. Just thought that I would pass on these ideas that were bugging me for awhile. Well to start, I didnt...
This may sound funny but, mine got a stretched-out spot in it. So all I did was cut the stretched part out and super glued it! The less you use, the better! 3 weeks, and no problems!! Hope this may...
BASH!! The possabilities never end!:p
Matter of fact, I have a pic right here:
Here is my REVO!!
I got it during the winter, so I added a little paint.
Looks great!! when I first got mine, I painted them yellow to match my truck. Right along with my rims, servo-savers, and other details. Im sure there are others, but you are the only one that I have...
Thamks a lot for the info!! :D I am not happy with the stock servos. They dont have enough power for me, and I think they suck up too much juice from the battery. Guess Im just picky :p
I chose that one, because I own it! But I just use it for light duty stuff round the house. any one will do as long as it has an adjustable torque clutch
 Bottom line. If it comes off hard, there is a problem.
Personally I would not use any power tool! I would be too worried about stipping precious parts. remember that many of the parts are, after all 'just plastic'.
But if you must I would recommend this...
Well then, I think I will just have to try the savage bearing!! Thanks all!!
I have had too much trouble with the OWB for some reason. Had to buy a new outer casing, a starter rod, and three OWBs! I have been driving my revo for four months and I dont pound it!!.....for...
I also forgot to mention, that when my OWB bearing went, I had to take it off with a pair of pliers. I thought I was going to break something, taking it off it was so difficult.
I think Im going to go with the RD Racing box found here
anyone found it cheaper? $129
Darkhaven, I suppose you cant use a drill with that huh? Thank you for the idea, but I want to get rid of...
Cool!!:) Thanks a lot guys. I had trouble finding out what to do bout that!
Also, what is a rotostart?
That piece should have come off very easy. It only costs 18-20 bucks versus 100+ for an engine. This particular part has caused me a lot of problems!! So maybe a new engine isnt the right solution. I...
It is found by taking off the EZstart from the engine. That bearing that the EZstart holds in place is called a roller clutch or OWB. When mine went, the engine would sound like its flooded when I...
Sorry, I dont understand what that is. I know that I am going to need a flywheel.
