Isn't it a bit brutal to recommend cutters to hold shock shafts? :O.o: Even on the end of shaft.

Afterrun treatment is not about lubrication, it's about displacing water first then leaving a protective surface against rust. WD40 is FAR underrated at this point. Even after it appears to dry,...
WD-40 does leave a protective lubrication surface as well. It's not a lubrication good enough to handle any high level of friction, but more than good enough to protect it against rust.
Psst. Your inbox is full :)
Not a problem. It wont get sprayed directly into the bearings as they are in the crankcase of the engine and will get minimum exposure, and they are well protected already from the alchohol that's in...
You can easily blow off the dirt next time if you wait long enough, as the water in the dirt will have been displaced and the dirt will be very loose. But it's a bit random and it's best to clean it...
Nice space, don't break it in too much now :)
Nice site, I've bookmarked it for later, they certainly had some cool stuff there. Been looking for halo lights actually for a future drift car. I like the 12 led pods though for offroad vehicles as...
Yeah I pretty much just like playing around with electronics myself which would play just a big a part if doing it. I just mounted some lights on my baja and those would look gnarly on a slayer front...
Hehe understandable, maybe I'll put some baja light pods on mine for dusky times.
Hehe yeah it's pretty new, haven't even broken it in yet. Been too busy with my 1:5 and just yesterday got my wheels, sway bars and body from tower. Painted it today with partial success, gonna...
Sure here are some more pics.

Yeah they're not true beadlocks, but they're still alright tires and the rims are made of impressive plastic.
Does this help?

I think they'll do just fine, I won't be running on any concrete or asphalt, purely offroad. If they wear out fast I'll just reuse the rims. However on the look for something onroad as well.
Looks very good man. I'm waiting for a proline body myself and was thinking of going outlaw black, but you made me insecure on color choices now :) White looks better than I had imagined, specially...
Adapters already come with threadlock on them :) Even on the main threads where the rims go.
EDIT: My bad, I meant the traxxas adapters, but he's obviously using integy which I'm sure doesn't have...
Just run a pre-filter from Outerwears.
Are you using the blue traxxas hub 17mm adapters? I was thinking of buying them to get SC8 wheels.
Came in the mail today, definitely approved by my 2 yrold son :)

Thanks.
I'll definitely get some sway bars if it doesn't come with :)
Thank you :)
I'm from Norway, updated my location, thought it was already set.
As this is my first post on traxxas forums I'd like to say hi to all at the same time *wave hand* :) As I'm an international customer I recently was able to order a new slayer pro from towerhobbies...
