i had the same thing happen, pull out the little metal tab from the connector and re-solder it to the esc wire and put it back in. that will fix the problem

just a little hint about drifting: i saw in the vid you would begin to drift but the car would just spin out, what you need to do is get some speed up, tap the breaks and begin to turn sharp...

personally i dont really like it, i think the body looks to "toy" grade like something you would pick up at toys r us or radio shack

looks cool but looks like the green portion of the jeep was drawn on with crayons..
