I could go up to about 3" of snow. I'm sure it would be much better on 3s, it didn't have much power to get through the thick snow on 2s with stock gearing. Nope no waterproofing beyond stock.

+1. Sand Paws work very well.

All Castle Creations ESCs come with a coating on the board making them water resistant, so running in wet conditions with them is pretty safe. I personally use Shoe Goo/Amazing Goop to mount...

There were some amazing deals on there. I grabbed the Rustler chassis kit, which was an upper chassis, lower chassis, and bulkhead for $38. Can't beat that!

Congrats on the new BL setup, it's in an entirely different league than the stock setup. I usually run my slipper clutch 1/8 turn out from tight.
