make sure there on the plastic hex thing tightly and tighten the nut all the way so it still spins fast and is still tight.

are the batteries charged all the way, can u go full speed with it and they still wont turn, if they wont get a new servo

no it wont fit, well it will fit but it would be totally retarted. the back wheels would have a lot wider wheel base and the front wheels would be to far in. dont do it

i have the tower hobbies charger, so when i discharge my batteries i just discharge em for 10 minutes every time, then charge for 25, works GREAT!

your gearing is wrong, thats why its slow, im pretty bad with gearings so i cant really help u, but i know its ur gearing thats wrong
