My daily driver. 2010 Altima
Sweet looking truck! Very tastefully done.
I'm currently running 20/54 and will switch to 18/58 during the warmer spring and summer months. My temps remain 120deg. or lower running both on and off road with Masher tires.
I had the same problem you described, turned out to be the bearings in the front diffs
The issue you are having will disappear once you upgrade to a higher quality nimh or lipo. I've experienced it first hand in the past while running low quality nimh with my 5700.
Very unique to say the least! My 3 year old would love that body on his Pede.
Running the Mamba 5700 with no punch control made it even more of a challenge. :D
I run the following gearing with a Mamba 5700KV/FLM Pede.
Original Mashers 15-16/86
Thanks for posting! I was looking for a new hobby shop in the area. I'll drop the wife off at the mall around the corner and pay them a quick visit.:p
I have the Futaba FASST 2.4 radio and mounted the receiver on the front shock tower using an antenna mount from my 18th scale car.
I have never had any issues either with the stock steering links, I just wanted something stronger due to the added length. As for the hardware you can reuse what you current have. I changed...
For the steering I used (Tra 2338x) 96mm Titanium links. For the camber you can use (Tra 3643).
 You took the words right out of my mouth. We'll visit our little friend again in the Spring.
You can also cut a small allen key to fit in place of the pin.
I use a Futaba 3PM-2.4GHZ (FASST)
Great paint jobs! I'll have to look you up next time I go down to Wilmington, N.C. Thank you and best of luck!
Crawfordtool.com has a good selection of Bondhus tools.
I highly recommend the Bondhus Drivers! I purchased mine 15 years ago and still use the same set to tweak my Rc's.
The adjustable camber links with allow you to fine tune your toe in / toe out and will decrease some of the vibration and excess flex you get with stock links.
Are you still running the truck with the stock camber links?
I use the Futaba Fasst 2.4GH 3PM radio with my XL-5/mamba 5700 Pede and recommend it for anyone looking to upgrade to a 2.4GHZ radio. The range on this radio is amazing and I also like the shorter...
That's the funny part, TAT2 is so laid back even when his speed pede is about to eat a fence or the back of the trailor.
[QUOTE=ksb51rl]You don't have to anymore. ^_^
Good job with the video editing! I can't wait until next time we run.:D I'm giving the pede a makeover over the winter months.
