OK. Got this off ebay from a hobby store. Trying to get my Maxx going again after a few years. I couldnt get it to hold a charge. It would only turn over the starter for a few seconds and die. 12hrs of charging. It only got to 6v on multi meter. Charger did fine with the new hump pack. I dont even see this on the Traxxas web site. Only 2919 1500Mah. This is a part# 2912. Dealer is going to swap it out but says this is the new thing that Traxxas is going to. If so why isn't on the web site? Thanks.... Just curious

I check the web an I din't see it either , It's a new one one me to .
-
I'm sorry. The part # 2912 I posted is wrong. It has 2919 on it. I guess now my question is the difference in the maH rating. Did Traxxas raise this
-
Looks like you have a higher mAh is all...
NiMh can die from just sitting around. It can show a full charge (9 volts) and still not work if the internal resistance is through the roof.
-
yeah. I guess my concern was its not on the Traxxas website as a size they sell
-
They must have at one point or the site is behind with an update... cause that is a Traxxas label and if someone is copying a Traxxas label I imagine they have a lawsuit on their hands.

If it's not Traxxas some one going to ax stream measures to copy label and battery cells just for a fewl bucks . JMO I would call Traxxas support an ask .
