looking for bodies

Came across hpi web site..[url]http://www.hpiracing.com/home/[/url] is the rally a 1/8 size? 190mm or 200mm just looking for a cool lid. Any help tks

no, the traxxas rally is more of an 1/8 scale. heres a comparison

I like the old VW Beetle bodies. Makes sense to me on a 2WD Slash... motor is in the back. And the paint schemes you can do. Two tone with the fenders. 70's style with alot of metal flake in the paint. The new Dakar body is cool too; Hummer body with enclosed rear.

Any body for a slash 2X4 or 4X4 will fit. Many bodies for 1/8 scale Onroad GT cars will also fit (Protoform, Ofna and Kyosho). There really arent that many options at the moment. But im sure more will come.

right now its got anaconads on all stars and a bug body flaked paint and all lol..

I've searched around, but have not seen any pics of a Rally with the Proline bug body. SO, I decided to get one.

I had to use the front body mounts from the Slash, and I decided to go with the Slash front bumper. The bumper makes it go over obstacles much better. The Rally rear bumper helps to add to the realism of the Baja look.

Hey I like that baja bug. Did you paint up the motor?

Do you have to cut out the engine part of the body if you use the stock rally bumper?

Did proline change the bug body?

Rag, his is the 3238-63 Full Fender Baja Body, & yours looks to be the 3238-62 Baja Body.

I did not have to cut out the faux motor. This thread has pics of the motor

depends what your looking for onroad or offroad>? ebay good place to start , your LHS also somtimes they have 1/8 scales sittin in the corner somwhere . Ive paid over 145 for a kyosho 1/8 scale body
