Judging by the trailer, I'd say it was the product trailer, it's only got a small back door and the side toward the camera looks to have the large openings that the display cases and sales counters just inside.

Yep, truck trailers have the big old solid ramp door that folds completely down on the back. At least the NASCAR/INDY team version of those trucks do. On the highway there is nothing but a solid plate on the back of the trailer.

IIRC the TORC trucks also use the trailers that other racers use too.
