Some questions about EZ-Peak Plus 6amp Charger.

Hello, I have some questions:

1-Can I charge Lipos from differents brands, example SPC, gens ace,...? Long story... Short version:My friend bought a cheap charger and it don't want to turn ON.

2-How I can use the Dual Charging Board for 2S LiPo Batteries?

3-What happen if I charge a battery with more than 6000MaH?

4-What is the difference between charge and balance mode? (On LiPO mode)

5-What happen if I turn OFF the timer?

6-In NiMH mode, What is the function of cycle a pack?

1) yes, unless traxxas has some sort of balance connector only for there lipo and i'm pretty sure it's just the XH type.
2) buy the 2s charging board and plug in two 2s batteries and i think it charges as a 4s. ?
3)It would take longer to charge. as 6A is the max charge.
4) balance mode balances the cells while charging, you should use this all the time, normal charge doesn't balance and maybe slightly quicker than the balance charge.. If there is a fast charge this just charges to about 90% battery capacity.
5)the timer is a safety device. I have mine set for 10min extra to what the charger should cut off when charging packs.
6) nimhs need a few non stressfull charges and discharges to gain the full potential on a new pack and cycling does this

I have the 2s board, thats right it makes the charger think its a 4s battery.

Rigth now I am talking about it and how config the charger with it....

yep, charge at the same amp, just select 4s 14.8v and thats it.
