try plugging into the batt/ plug on the rx. think its chan. 5
SOme fans have a sensor on them and won't spin until a certain temperature is reached. Typically thats 150°.
Usually the positive and negative posts of each channel are consistent; did you try flipping the fan's plug? If nothing else, make sure you're using the battery / BEC channel.
You have probably got the plug in backwards. I do that all the time. Make sure the ESC is on and the Radio is on. Do you have TQi?
