That's kind of vague, but check your drive line by removing the motor and spinning the tires to see if you hear it. You could have a missing tooth from the spur gear, or you pinion spur mesh could be too tight. Also try spinning the shaft on your motor to hear the noise. If it is from the motor, try spraying it out and let it set.
Sounds to me like a diff issue...IMO
Look for a small rock/rocks in your spur gear/gears

I second this. Before I got my rpm gear cover I was always getting stuff I my gears.
