- you find upgrade parts you bought months ago for one of your rc's
- you cant go a day with out tearing apart one rc or another
thats just a few ive done my self. and i have never gone a single day with out working on any of my rc's. ive even found a rc that i forgot about in my closet. sat for over a year in there. then i tore it apart to clean and fix it.

We have $1,000 worth of car in my garage right now, not including upgrades, batteries, chargers, or extra parts. We have $2,000 worth of go-kart and mini bike elsewhere in the garage lol.

when parts vendor send you extra parts, i even got an email invoice that said see you again in 2 weeks lol. i think i need to change my paydays ;)

This is a little late but:
You might be an RC addict If you're watching the BCS National Championship game and see a fan's sign that says RTR, and you immediately think of "ready-to-run" rc cars instead of "roll-tide-roll"

when you ship your new rc things to work because a: they are to valuable to be left on porch and b: because all the guys at work want to see it.
I can almost relate to everything on here. I have Slash 2WD I am selling to get a Slash 4x4, I have a Summit, and I am still wanting to get more! Here is a couple I made:
- When you can't walk through the house without tripping on a RC Truck
- When you have a name for every one of our RC's
- When your family asks if they can have a pet you bring them home an RC
- When you school teacher says "Do Your Homework" you automatically think about working on your RC's ( This one is me)
You wanted to start racing a certain type of rc at your local hobby shop and they tell you they need a minimum of four rc's of that type to start a series; to which you reply "oh don't worry, ill buy four myself and let other people use them if that's what it takes"
When you came home from work and think of a way to fix your RC even though its not broken. ; )
When your mom says to go do chores and you go fix your RC's.

Or when you dont want the misses to know how much you actually spend on your trucks!
-When you get a bag of water ballons for your birth day, and your first though isn't "who can I hit with these" it's I'd bet these would make a great shock boot. :lol: I did that. The best part is it worked great!

- You tried using your 1:1 car to clock the speed of your r/c... but your car couldn't keep up.
- You have so much r/c stuff, you had to hire staff to keep it organized.
- You're E-Maxx and 1:1 truck run the same wheel and tire combo.
- You put your r/c up for auction on eBay... and bought it back at twice the price.
- You're T-Maxx's engine produces more HP than the family car.
- You have considered selling a kidney to fund an r/c build.
- You routinely go to Best Buy just to ask them questions about r/c's and watch em squirm.
- The landscaping contractor you hired is the same guy that designed and built the local skatepark... you're wife is not pleased.
- You bash at the local baseball diamond... even if there's a game underway.
- You glued your iPhone to the TQi docking station so you'd have an excuse to take you're r/c everywhere you go.
- Your idea of a portable launch ramp is a piece of plywood taped to your kids back.
- Your neighbors think you have medical conditions after you told them that your LVC stopped functioning on your VXL which is an ESC that is controlled by your TQi, which now requires you to use an LVA whenever you run to prevent over-discharge and irreversible damage to your lipo.

On his last birthday, PeterV come out with his birthday cake....loaded with candles and said, "go ahead Baldy, make a wish"
traxxas has established a 401k plan with him and match 25% of his weekly purchase, for his retirement.
Company owners like Traxxas, HR, CC, each have a boat "named Baldy", floating in a harbor at there favorite vacation spot.
Home Land Security is still watching him from the "eye in the ski"! Seeing just how far he will take these things lol.
