Mate...just had a quick study of the XO-1 and eRevo parts list and exploded view...from what I can tell the XO-1 Differential Gear Set 6882X and eRevo Differential Gear Set 5382X (it shares the same part number as the slash...not sure if the gears are a different size/ratio) never looked at a slashes before
Share the same diff cup...I don't know. Hopefully its alright.
-
oh good catch, i saw the 3978 carrier and didn't go any further.
-
Good, i think i have some spare 5382x, thanks.

Cant wait for the speed runs in the spring. Cant help but think both on a 2200kv and 4s the Ofna will have the edge based on lighter weight.
-
Man... they look really nice.
-
Thank you :)
These 2 have just been sitting ever since it snowed. No where to run them. been tinkering on everything else though.
-
And I thought our 50° weather here in so Cal was cold to go bashing!
-
up until today actually we have had overnight lows near -30*c daytime highs of -24*C for the last 2 weeks.
Nice warm spell now for the next week or so (daytime highs up in the -5*C area), but the snow isnt going anywhere for a couple months. :/

That's cold bro...we've been having a heat wave in Australia. Where I live its been a stinker of a week with temps on average 35*c with 80% humidity and night time lows of around 25*c .
Always like your pics mate.
-
Oh yeah, its cold. our temps have been swinging all over the place recently. +8 a few days ago for a high. right now it is -9 and dropping. They are expecting it to go down to -28 tonight.
Good thing i have some hockey to watch finally, because im NOT going out anywhere in this crap haha
-
So i just bought another truck... (issues!)
I think this ERBE-GT may be a casualty. I drive my Ofna GTP2e way more.
It is definitely going to get shelved for a while.
-
lol, i stop driving my SlayVo GT8, as the matter of fact i have dismantled it and use it as parts for my REVO-E.
this is my new GT8.......

this one here is from a guy from another forum. XO-1 GT8, fits perfectly with your Corvette body. i just wish they make a corvette with 330mm wheelbase.

it wont fit but what he did was shortened the chassis by drilling new holes for the front assembly.

oh cool, didnt pick up on that in the picture.
Thats pretty sweet.
-
i'm really liking the corvette body, and to make it to fit is to go this way lol. and its way lighter than the e-revo GT. my rally GT8 weight at 7.9 lbs. fully loaded with 4s.
if traxxas ever come up with a corvette body for their XO-1 then i might consider building an XO-1
-
im not sure the actual specs, but that new ofna GTV2 car that just came out has a corvette body, and i know its a good deal longer than the GTP2e.
im not sure the actual specs, but that new ofna GTV2 car that just came out has a corvette body, and i know its a good deal longer than the GTP2e.
the same wheelbase as your corvette 360mm and dont have the body streamline like yours :)
-
Oh so its just GT2 sized. ok. i wasnt sure. i saw the price on it and stopped looking. Thought it might have been bigger.
