RC Qualifier

i started about 2 years ago with a 2wd slash living in kirlkland with absolutely no experience. There are a few little tracks around, but there aren't any "rc-Mecca's" around. After 2 years i would consider myself a veteran cuz ive learned alot about it!

What's the RC scene in the Seattle area. I'm completely new to the hobby. I live on Vashon and just purchased a 2wd Slash. Is there anywhere where experienced hobbyists help newcomers. I'm finding the learning curve really steep given that I'm starting with very little understanding of even basic mechanics.
