    I've tried baking once, but you will have to be extra careful with the heat or you will ruin and disintegrate some rubber types. I've also done boiling, it works sometimes but is somewhat a mess and it doesn't always break the glue seal. It also leaves glue residue on the rubber which doesn't make the best contact surface when you re-glue. Like mentioned, it's quite bad for the foams too.
