Yeah, that's true. I didn't think you were being rude, just a tiny bit harsh is all. But I see where you are coming from. Sometimes, though, no matter what you say you aren't going to change someone's mind/opinion/outlook/behavior :D. If they don't want to take sound advice that comes from experience, then let them figure it out the hard way. It probably isn't worth wasting your breath. But I think most people are not like that. I think you have to give someone the benefit of the doubt, innocent until proven guilty so to speak, until their words and/or actions prove differently.
I would like to say that I was not trying to be rude, but I deal with people all day who try to blame the company or the product itself due to thier ignorance. I know things happen or people forget certain things and I understand that, but when someone gets "Mad" at something that they were able to prevent, well it's one of those things that make you think "thats what you get for being ignorant". I see and talk to people all the time who make stuff up and say "Oh well I read the whole thing" when they really didn't and just ends up being thier fault but don't want to even tell themselves it was. It is appauling when someone decides to voice thier negative opinion on something they don't know much about, I believe in giving everyone a chance, but atleast know what to do before giving an opinion. I am honest and feel that the truth needs to be told in certain situations, without the truth being told, people will continue to do things incorrectly because they were never told it was wrong.
