I noticed the survey about the T-Maxx Kit. One thing it doesn't ask, which I think is important, is what it would come with. I think you would sell the most of kits with no engine, radio, etc. Guys do so many upgrades, they end up with very little of the original maxx left. A bare bones kit would be the best!!

I think I understand what Traxxas is up to. They are doing the survey to see if people would actually buy the T-Maxx unbuilt so they can sell them quicker. They are probably so backordered because it takes so long to assemble them. That is just my opinion.

I just think with all the hopups available it is silly to buy parts you might never use. I would want my Maxx to have a .21, RPM arms, aluminum bulkheads, cvds, etc. It would be nice to just buy the bare bone to help cut these cost down. I really wish they would sell just the tranny, then you could build around it with all custom parts. Even a forward only tranny would be cool to make things easier.
