2.6 Volt discharge voltage?

The Duratraxx Intellipeak Deluxe Pulse chargers discharge down to 2.6 Volts.

According to most information I have read, you should not discharge a 6 cell pack below 5.4 volts. Does that mean, that the Intellipeak would destroy a 6 cell pack if discharging?

Or is 2.6 V ok?

Thanks for the advice, especially from people potentially using an Intellipeak charger!

I Did not know the intellipeak charger had a dicharge. Do you mean the intellipulse because i think that one does. Well most likely it is safe because both of the chargers work with 6 cell battery packs.
