Very nice!!! That's the way it should have come from factory... Or at least, with LED buckets...

Looks great! Where did you mount your 9v battery at?
I found this blue body on Ebay with LEDs already installed (http://www.ebay.com/itm/New-Traxxas-Blue-XO-1-Body-Custom-LEDs-6411A-/300664309700?pt=Radio_Control_Vehicles&hash=item4600fd47c4#ht_500wt_1076).

Can you please share with us what brand LED's? It would be helpful..
I did in the video...I ordered them from bdliquidators online
What a nice set
Yep, it took me a while to find them...they work out so well because they are encased in flexible silicone. The white ones kinda give off a slight blue hue to them which is cool!

Just saying... After losing numerous 9v batteries in my erevo i hardwired my leds. I run my leds from my 2s lipo and 3s lipos without any issues ever. Its as simple as find the plugs u want to use on the LEDs, pop off one of the traxxas style connectors from the esc wiring, solder the 20 gauge wire ontop of the 10ga wire and reassemble. Ive run same led set in one body on 3s for about 1 1/2 years and now on 2s.

Point well taken...thanks for sharing. Fortunately, I have never lost any 9v batteries. I have a similiar setup (different LEDs) on my Inferno GT for the last 4 years and have only had to replace the duct tape a couple times. I open up the positive connectors just a bit on plug and battery so it clips on and off much easier.

How many ohms you used for the resistors? Are these leds in series?

No resistors...just tied all leads together and then to the 9v.
