I was bashing around with my Newly installed castle 4600 and s2 esc, 21/55 on 3s and after a good time and some sweet backflips.....I got gearbox crunchies!:woot:
Any advice, i was thinking of aluminum bulkheads and maybe skidplates, it looks like the box separated a bit.

at the point wher you have it apart, nothing is holding it together......
they are a split case, in halves
replace the gears, quit doing backflips..... the gears can't handle that

Jimbo, I respectfully disagree, the gears can handle it, but it is up to the driver, for one, you need to shim it correctly, the mesh perfect, (tight without binding), and then do back-flips all day long, just let go of the throttle before hitting the ground again.
The problem is hitting the ground under power, the wheels grip, the driveline takes a beating.
