I had a collision and cracked my front bulkhead. I was able to take the entire front end of the truck off but am not sure how to take the front bulkhead apart. I know that it is 2 parts but have no idea of how to get the bulkhead seperated. If someone could give me some tips I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

if you have the bulkhead removed from the truck, just remove the differential output screw pins from the axles, and the aluminum piece off the front of the bulkhead, those are the only things holding it together. There is a seam directly down the middle of the bulkhead, just pry it open.

once you haave the bulkhead off the truck there are two things that hold it together as far as i know 1. the blue aluminum piece and 2. a little 2mm hex screw towards the front of the bulkhead that hold the two halfs together. if you look under support, then electric, then 1/10 summit, then click exploted views, then front exploted view you can view/download the pdf and zoom in on the front area to give you an idea of where to look. (i have not had to rebuild the front yet but i would imagine it simuliar to the rear which does have a 2mm hex holding the to halfs together) hope this helps :)
