Battery options ?

Im thinking to get a erbe, i read the battery tray dimensions and looks that my venom 2s 8000mah lipos dont fit. What battery (2s and 3s lipo) with 8000mah its a direct fit?

You wont fit any 3s 8000mah at all- 2s 8000mah at most, or 3s 5000mah will be okay, So, either run 2x 2s 8000mah, or 2s + 3s / 2x 3s 5000mah, but not 2x 3s 8000mah.

You will just have to check the listed dimensions of the lipos you are looking at & allow a little 'wiggle room' to make sure they will fit okay ( you may need to trim the chassis for the battery wires too ). Otherwise, doa search for lipos and have a read of the million threads that pop up...

Thanks. Im disapointed, for me is a plus use 8000 mah batteries because all my batteries are big and i wanted longer run times. I believe a e maxx brushless its a better option for me.

if you really want an ERBE why should the difference of 1000 mah stop you :-)

Are you wanting to run 3s or 2s??? or 5's

SMC makes a 2s 9000 mAh & a 2s 8000 mAh that will fit see link. the last two batts..

I have the 8000 28c they fit the my Revo & Maxx..
I think it is Asheck who has the 9000's.

87 gn thanks for the info. I want to run 4s and 5s when a friend bring his nitro losi xxl. Im watching the emaxx and erevo and for some reason i like more the erbe.

if u want cheap and good lipo's try 2 *****-H 5000mAh 3S1P 20-30C 2 of them will cost you 60 bucks and it will turn you erbe into a 6s tire shredding monster.

4s at 8000mah is no problem, plenty of options that will fit. 5s just isn't going to happen with 8000mah. If you got a set of 8000mah 2s packs and some 5000mah 2s and 3s packs (for 5s) you would be able to have about 90 minutes of drive time(depending on how you drive it).
