Does anyone have any good ideas on how to heatup the summits plastic rollcage so i can change the shape? i have an extra rollcage now and a new rubicon body and i want it to look nice but work just as well with the summit? i'm thinking of lighting a candle and using the heat from it to warm the plastic to were it will bend but not sure if thats the best idea? any help would be nice.:)

hair dryer if it will get hot enough, or heat gun. might try boiling some water i would not soak it in the hot water but maybe pour it over the cage part that u want bent and mold it the way u want..maybe it will work..

I used a mini torch and carefully heated the spots i needed to bend for clearance over the bronco body

A blow dryer or hot water won't work. Lol. Heat guns your best bet.

X2 on the build your own method. I have build a few cages that are tough as nails. The stock cage is good for the body its intended for but limits the personality you could put on a new body.. heres my latest.
and another exo I built for my tmaxx
for me half the fun is driving these and the other half is working on them!
