I have the RPM revolvers wide off set rims with the proline sand paw tires on the front and I have the same rim on back with the panther paddle tire and it hooks up great in the snow and I am sure it will hook up great in the sand.

I run IMEX 2.8 paddles on a set of their wheels... I like that they have a bit less paddle depth than the sand paws... they are also a bit wider and still maintain the 2.8 look of the stock wheels and tires.

For onroad I think im going to go with a set of IMEX coyotes... or something else they have. Im not a fan of Proline 30 series road rages though I do have a set. I want something different.

Yea but the straight paddles have no side bite and it won't steer very good at all the proline sand paws turn great and track very straight and if you do the body lowering mod the tires look perfect. There for not really needing the 2.8 size while improving handling.

THe last time I ran in sand I tried paddles and badlands... honestly, the badlands worked as good or better than the paddles did... and they are useful off road... if it were me, use them for everything.

yea the badlands are dope in the sand!!!I call them rooster tails from now on not badlands haha due to the huge spray they leave behind! So im going to skip paddles for now and look more into street tires! All suggestions would be appreciated :-D

There's no way badlands are as good as paddles why do you think all dirtbikes run paddles in the dunes I have tryed both a regular tire and a paddle and the paddle is far superior to any other tire in sand. But if you don't run in sand alot then the badlands will do. Also how much do you run on pavement?

I hear you there but you could do that with just rims no tires lol. But I am sorry I don't ever run street tires so I don't have an idea what's best and what's not I just asked Bc I thought you might have been looking for street tires Bc of wear of driving on the street all the time.

A dirt bike in the sand is a very different situation. RC's are scale vehicles. In scale terms sand is much harder a surface at 1/10 than it is at 1/1 which is why badlands are so good. Buying paddles to run in the sand was a waste for me and after running my badlands on the soft beach sand and in a dune, I wish I had of just run those and not bought the paddles at all.

Yes very true a dirtbike is alot heavier on the sand and if you don't run alot on sand there wouldnt be very much difference I drive on sand about 75% of the time in the summer so I love them but if you don't run in sand alot then I agree thank you and great point pavmentsurfer.
