anyone try to extend the chassis on any of the 1/16 models???
i was wondering if there would be a way to do so,on the rally cause im tired of not being able to put a diff body on it....
the width of the rally is about close to a 1/10 scale..

I would think 2 chassis and possibly longer center drive shafts. Those are the only things I can think of that connect front to rear.

You need a different sized driveshaft for sure. Nothing else though, I think.

How would you join two chassis together?

i prob use some thin aluminium to hold the pieces together, hmm longer drive shafts huh..i guess i have some research to do.. :\

I'm sure the driveshaft wont be a problem. If all else fails you might just have to get some plastic ones from traxxas and trim them.

As far as joining, plastic welding would be the best, but i double thats possible. Like Havok said i assume aluminum pieces would be the best way.
