all the gears are lined up and it still wont grip when i push the ez start buttton.

soke one way in denatured alcohol over night then lube with WD-40 and there shouldent be any slip in your starter if all the gears are still in one piece

Maake sure the ezstart motor power wires are on correctly. If they are backwards the motor runs that way too and the engiine will never turn over.

I read a nice tip in car action it said drill two small holes big enough for the tip of a motor shot spray can to fit it. drill one hole in the center i would say right where it says EZ-Start and one at the bottom for a drain thn give it a squirt thats suppose to work with having toi dissasemble it. This was in either the Jan, or Mar issue.

just buy a pull start thats what i did its easier and takes alot of weight off

Wait...don't drill that hole. What happens to the pieces from the drilling???? They will goof this bearing in a heart beat! Unless you disamble it and clean it!
