As parts break, replace em with RD Aluminum and/or Carbon Fiber.

GPM still have parts available at Hobby Etc. (http://www.hobbyetc.com/cgi-bin/catalog2.cgi?car_id=60&abbreviation_show=gpm)
Welcome to the boards.
If you have a Maxx then you should already know about bearings.
Before you run the truck. Either get longer screws and lock nuts for the Rear A arm mounts or up grade to aluminum ones. The stock A arm mounts work loose very quickly and once they ran with loose screws, that is it. You will be tighting them every few minutes or wishing that you could from then on. Fixxing the problem from the start lets the Mounts be postitioned where they need to be, before the screw holes in the chassie or the mounts gets egged shaped. 20 minutes spent on this will prevent a few head aches later.

neweramodels.com has a good aluminum front bulkhead (although it's a bit heavy) as does GPM (theirs is much lighter). If you're going to go aluminum for the rear bulkhead, I'd recommend going to http://www.1hg.com/hg/navbar.htm Their bulkhead doesn't seem to break as easily; I've broken two of GPM's aluminum rear bulkheads already and it gets quite spendy by number three.
On that note, I'd sure like to say that I'm one of those people who still has the original plastic rear bulkhead and has never even so much as cracked it, but I'm not that talented I guess. :)

The front wheel nuts are 5mm. If you have any extra from the 1 of the Maxxes they will work. The bushings should be replaced with bearings like Les was saying. You can tighten it down just make sure the wheel still spins freely. The bearings are 5x11x4 As you probably noticed the front bushings are in the wheels and the rear are in the hubs.

You'll probably have to go to your lhs and order one from there or you could call Traxxas directly to see if you could get one. It's part number 4499. $3.00. Who knows though; maybe they'll send it for free. :p

Most of the stuff in the manual is on this website...
(why can't they just put the whole manual in a .pdf like other companies?).
