Salt Water

Can I run my Nitro Vee in salt water. A guy at a hobby shop said I can but it says in the manual not responsible for salt water problems. The guy said after you are done with it you should put it in a bucket with fresh water and run it in there. Is that ok or should I do other things?

you can run your nvee in salt water, however; you should take out all the equipment and rinse it down with fresh water after use. if you do this, you shouldn't have a problem.

make sure you re oil ever moving part. also make sure that you put on a air filter-there is salt/ sand in the air and the water. And use a quality after run product and do not skimp on using it after you run it... infact i would hydrolock it with after run oil to make sure that it wouldn't kerode.
