Need SRT help!!!!!!!

I just got a used SRT from a friend and I am in dire need of a instruction manual for this puppy.
Anyone out there in Traxxas land have one that they dont need or one that they could xerox for me??????
Also, this is my first RC car in a LONG time and I can use any tuning tips, hop up tips, suggestions, hints, etc.......
Also, anyone got any electronics that are in decent shape, but at a REALLY good price????
Im 33 years old and my wife isnt exactly thrilled about me doing this again!!!!..LOL
