I've heard great things about both of those, and seen plenty of people run with them.
The main thing about headers is that you want to get one that won't restrict the air flow to the pipe and engine. RC Nitro said to stay away from headers that have sharp angles to them, as they are restrictive to your engines performance.
Hope that helps,

BTW, I use the Dynamite header (and pipe), if you're open to other suggestions.

i use the pull start ae header. its the same one u posted exept a bit different. i like it. exept it restricts the exhaust entering the pipe. but i ported mine and it works great.

restricts huh, hmmm, well the only reason why i like the ae is because its gonna match my new design:) , maybe i might go with the MIP 1

well if you have a dremel you can port it. its very easy. all you have to do is grind the opening the same size as the opening on the engine.

They have them in black, blue, purple ans polished versions...
The diff between that and the MIP header is the legenth... The mip header will give you a little more low end than the AE header...
(you will want a low end pipe with the Fantom)
Saying you are getting the same engine as me, I'll tell you what I'm getting...
The black AE pipe and the black non pullstart AE header

IF the engine is rear ehaust you can use th enew dinamite header and ppe combination, if not hte MIP is a very good option.
