does anybody know a good gear ratio for a 13x3 motor? it is a speed gems2

hey iam wondering the same thing what type of gearing do i need on my 13x2 because my motor get way to hot and i dont know if it is the gearing or there is some thing wrong with my motor because the motor can is sealed and iam kind of worried????
