Just about anywhere that sells R/C products. There are a lot wheels being made by many differnent manufactures. They have plastic, lexan, even aluminum. Different colors whatever you want. Almost everyone who makes the cars make wheels, just make sure you get them with the hex, they will say works on traxxas, hpi....etc. Shoot even ebay have people selling items.

Will the hpi 2.2 super rims work on a 4-tec? It says that it has a hex mount, but I don't know if it's the right size, and Tower Hobbies doesn't say how big the hex is.

2.2, what are you going off road? So far from what I have seen all Hex carriers are the same size.

You bet I'm going off road!
I also figure that they'll give me better speed and handling on road.

Zeeshum, I haven't tried it with the 2.2. I do not see why not as long as deeper wheels give you enough clearance so that the tires and/or wheels don't drag on the body or chassis. I have a Rustler at home, when I remember I will try those wheels on my 4-Tec and let you know.

No, I'm not going to use monster truck wheels (tryed that, I have a rustler too). The HPI 2.2 super touring wheels are only about 1 inch wide, just like the 1.9 rims. I plan to get some nice buggy tires and put them on the wheels. I'll post some pictures when and if I get this done. 8-/
