Ok I know that the instructions said that "this is not a wateproof toy",but I can't seem to go within 10 feet of a puddle without the darned throttle servo screwing up on me.I have taken my servo apart and put silicone between the sections, then Itook a piece of fuel line, put it over the output shaft so that it is squashed a little batween the body and the horn. Hopefully this will work. It's pretty ruogh when an off road toy has to be run only in bone dry conditions. Do you guys have any suggestions on other ways to keep the waterout? The steering servos that I have came with an O ring so I have had no trouble with them.

sometimes the rx gets a little wet and can cause that to happen, otherwise the way i waterproof a servo is to glue a small rubber band around the perimeter of the back piece where they go together, ca glue does good, for the top gear die-electric grease will hold out the moisture, just put it around the gear where it pops out and squish it into place upon assembly.

Ok thank you I will have a chance to try it out this weekend. It's not that I want to run it under water or anything that outrageous, but it would be nice not to have to worry about every tiny little spot of water that I come across.
