Im looking forward to the Stampede kit that i will buy soon and wanted to know something. Does the Stampede kit tell you how to install the radio? Does it tell you how to replace the MSC with ESC?

They sell the Pede in kit form? I don't think so. Only the early Stampedes came with a mechanical speed control. I could be wrong. If so it would be very easy to build.

Yes the manual will cover a typical radio install. It does not however explain the installation of the ESC, just use the instructions that come with your ESC for that, should be fairly straight forward.
