ok i had an idea dumb maybe but it kinda worked
i glued two tires together to make my slash a dually it helped the stability quite a bit
but the outside tire was woobling
im currently trying to figure out a way to make the axle longer to accomodate
the extra tire
i had a lot more grip in the rear even on loose dirt didnt sink as much when i floored it

Be easier to just make it a 6x6 with another tranny behind the first. Have to add another motor and esc though.

I used to do this with my slot cars for drag racing. We used to carefully glue the 2 rims together and roll them on a flat surface as we glued to keep them in line. I doubt youd ever get this setup to stay together and I doubt you get a tire as big as an RC tire to stay perfectly in line, but its how we used to do it.
Just a thought though, why not just get a wider tire like something from Imex... they have super wide tire options. This dual setup just seems doomed to cause problems... imagine the stress on the axle if you landed on the outside tire. Keep trying... I just think there are better ways to gain stability.
Also, need some PICS... for sure.

stock wheels and tires off of a Traxxas Stamped will fit perfect and are 4 times the size. They do decrease battery life because of the much larger size. But i have a set in great shape i might sell maybe 15 for the set of wheels and tires. I could post up a pic if you want.

I mean Traxxas Stampede

and when i get some more stock tires ill make a new set
i lost the outside tiers on a speed run lol flew off and went in to the river

These have been my favorite bashing tire:
Its not dually wide, but wider...

It's not a dually but why don't you build something like this 4x6 custom slash.

he already explained he didnt want to mount a second engine/trany

eh it looks ok but i think for bashing around my place it would be a bit more fun with dual rears

somebody made a kit to mount a second tire/wheel for stampedes. it would work the same
