or a bump start but that requires a plane starter

Use the yank eliminator. It is by far the most versatile because its a drill too. Plus you don't have the drag of the PS.

a starter box would do it too but they can be a hassle. they are big, heavy, some are quite weak and some drain the batteries really quick. use a yank eliminator.

on some high performance engines they don't come with a pull start so your only options are to use a bump starter or a starter box.

I would have to give the Dynamite starter box a try if i get a non pull start engine. It has glow plug "caddy" in it and a place to put your body clips. Also do i have to modify the stock engine mounts to put a non pullstart engine on?
