If I want to use 4S, with proper gearing which one is faster Mamba Monster 2650kV or 2200kV motor?

Let's say I use 15T pinion with 2650kV, and 18T with 2200kV.
The speed is same due to gearing.
Which one is more efficient?

They both will be efficient, with that voltage. But I see no reason to go 2200, in these.
