i recently noticed that my slash has a lot of front wheel wobble, not like regular wheel wobble. they move left and right more than usual and it looks like the axle front axle carriers are moving up and down in the caster block. whats wrong? how do i fix this? (also the axle carriers and caster blocks are traxxas aluminum parts)

We have three Slashes in the family and we all found that the wheels needed to be tighten to stop the wheel slop. Mine got nice and firm when I went to Trx alum after the wreck. Waiting on new alum carriers to be shipped. I think this will help even more. A alum bellcrank takes l-r slop out of play.

Try swapping to alum hexes, they're more precisely built and spin truer..and also make sure the hex seating on the rims are not deformed.
Bent axel studs will cause this. Same with improperly balanced tires. After awhile they start to wear the aluminum down some. If it's more on your bearings, replace them. I've had wheel wobble with stock parts and just got aluminum caster blocks and I don't have much play at all anymore.

Try this.
Put 2 Teflon washers one in each side of the axle.
like that

Then the Stub Axle Pins will not fit so easy but the axle will be sit beter and will not move so much.
I have already try this having only the caster blocks aluminium and it works fine.
The weels seem to turn a litle bit slower but not wobble at all.
