View Full Version : knuckles interchangeable?

are the knuckles interchangeable left to right, front to rear? i think they are, but i read on the forums somewhere they aren't?

i broke both right side knuckles and plan to get 1 pair of alloy aftermarket ones, then run that pair up front and send the left front one to the right rear

They are the same front to rear, not left to right.

Actually in a pinch they can be used left to right.... All you would have to do is run the screw from the bottom...

The mount for the end of the turnbuckle is below the center of the axle. If you were to switch them left and right, the turnbuckle end would be above your axle. You could probably do it in a pinch, vs not running the truck, but they aren't the same part (interchangeable).
