Even Clarkson will be speechless seeing this shots... :lol: This thing should be placed next to other TopGear mascots..The toughest pickup is the Hilux according to them, but nothing matches the toughness of a Slash..although it does look like a Toyota..early model Tundra looking at the headlights.

How do you get the truck to roll sideways and level it out in midair?? Is it the same as throttle flicking during normal jumps to level out the truck upon landings?

Glad you guys like the pics. It is a lot of fun to combine my interest in photography with RC! The person in the first series is my buddy "piloting" my truck after he figured out how to land it - I took the shots.

The "snow ramp" helped get the truck sideways a bit. The ramp had a drastic kick so the front bumper would dig in just before takeoff. Once the truck got sideways it was just a matter of getting on the gas and twitching the front wheels down to snap the front end back down. Pretty much the same thing you would do on a motocross bike.
