Traxxas' 2.4 ghz future

I've been wondering if anyone knew what the future is of the old 2.4 TQ 2 system. Is it to be discontinued and replaced by the 2.4 Link system, or is the AM TQ2 system looking to be replaced by the base 2.4 TQ system? Anyone have any insight or thoughts on it? Looks like the premier stuffs gonna start coming with the 2.4 Link system.

Its like all things "JUST A MATTER OF TIME TILL IT IS ALL OUT DATED". But yes i would say it is a safe bet that its time is verry limited! Traxxas is allready offering to upgrade it up to the LINK for a fee(hince the radio trade in program).
