If the slash is 1/10, we have to go 30ft, haha, I know many have gone alot farther than that.

This is the new record for a 4 wheeled vehicle jumps right? Does anybody remember how far the Bigfoot monster truck jumped when it flew over an airplane, boeing 727? I guess you don't need a 1500hp monster truck to break the new record. This is an amazing achievement..I wonder how fast that Tundra went, when it hit the ramp. Any guess? Mine is somewhere around 160km/h..or 100mph for you guys in the States.
I guess we'll be seeing more Monster Energy themed Slash lids after this vid :)

AH-MAZING! Lol. He said he was doing atleast 104mph. What amazes me is that the truck held up to 4 jumps. Lol. When I jump my slash more then a few times longer than 40 feet I'm lucky to not destroy something. I want that truck in my garage though!

The real star here is the guy that built the jump ramps!! The truck just floats across both of them, silky smooth!

You do need 1500hp when it weighs 10,000 pounds!

Hmmmm maybe I should cut some square holes in the hood, and cut out all of the windows of my stock slash body and try to jump it

Massive jump. Those vehicles are truly amazing. The way that they can soak up the landing, I think I'd be willing to jump in the passenger seat.
Agree the jump builder deserves some credit for it :)

Gotta Love it. Most of the TORC trucks use AMSOIL SYnthetic shock oil. Helps with that smooth landing. That truck went the distance of a football field in the air. Awesome.
He jumped his rally car onto a pontoon on new years eve.BIG jump!!!!!.Its worth looking on youtube for the red bull new years eve party,Ive got to go!!

How do you figure that? The Slash 4x4 is a 1/10th scale truck, hence 1/10th of 301 feet is 30.1 feet. DUH! lol

By the way that was a CRAZY jump! LOVED it...I guess Travis Pastrana is going to have to 'nut up' and go bigger if he wants the record back! lol

I would assume that scale distance jumping would be about the same as scale speed so I just plugged it in here: http://www.scriptasylum.com/rc_speed/_scalespeed.html
